Job Description



About the role:

  • Sales Order processing: managing all aspects of sales orders including the creation, submission of orders to suppliers, alignment with client requirements,
  • To provide complete backorders and sales support assistance to Account Managers
  • Timely responses to client and account manager requests
  • To develop strong working relationships with Account Managers
  • To assist the Account Managers in any other areas of the business as required

Main activities:
  • Processing of Sales Orders ensuring accuracy and within the specified timelines and SLAs.
  • Sales Order Management - managing all orders to fulfillment and ensuring all orders are executed
  • accurately and within the specified timeline.
  • Back Order Management - managing all backorders to fulfillment and ensuring all orders are executed
  • accurately and within the specified timeline.
  • Operational Support - managing all operational activities associated with a Sales Order. This can include,
  • but is not limited to: stock allocation, ETA management, proforma invoicing, managing client deliveries,
  • product returns, ad hoc order amendments
  • Quotations - provide additional support to the Account Management team to ensure quote requests are
  • completed for specified clients
  • Successfully handle general queries, phone, and email for all clients to enhance the customer experience
  • and to SLA.
  • Creating & refreshing deal registrations (bids) on behalf of the account managers.
  • Assisting Account Managers and their channel partners with ad-hoc inquiries, ETA's.

Experience:
  • Operational, customer service, or administrative experience is highly advantageous
  • Tertiary education is preferred
