Job Description



General Duties

1. Perform analysis of account and buyer's request.
2. Creation of CRM Ticket on billing - related buyers requests within 24 hours
3. Provide assistance to both external and internal customers.
4. Endorsement of reconsideration request for processing within 24 hours.
5. Emails disposal of minimum 60 per day
6. Assistance to walk in clients (Service time 30 mins) as auxiliary, as needed.
7. Inter-department coordination for the client's request/concern.
8. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
