Job Description

Job responsibilities include:
• Gather/define requirements to ensure support of business cases by SaaS solutions and/or communication to engineering partners for new development and enhancements
• Act as a consultative subject matter expert to businesses across several high performing cloud applications
• Manage product roadmap to deliver new features to business partners based on individual and enterprise level business requirements and priorities
• Work with BISO/internal security partners to ensure adherence to security policies
• Work with vendor management partners as needed to ensure vendor adherence to internal policies
• Support contract negotiations as liaison between businesses and technology procurement
• Support monthly and annual billing and contract financial processes
• Develop and manage processes for new business onboarding
• Manage vendor relationships and vendor support of end users
• Support internal Communities of product users via community meetings, training offerings
• Manage projects through all stages of project lifecycle (business request, requirements gathering, time/cost estimation, delivery, transition to operational support).
• Work collaboratively with Operations and Engineering teams
Skills:
• 2+ years of product or project management experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Leads conversations with both technical and business counterparts
• Proven ability to work independently on multiple tasks with commitment and willingness to see issues through to resolution
• Proven history of analytical thinking, attention to detail and customer focus
• Experience with Agile product methodology is a plus
