Job Description

  • To liase with authors to change from paper royalty statements to electronic statements, saving time and costs of producing twice yearly statements. Changing author account address details in SAP.
  • To assist royalties team with locating royalty contracts and setting up authors in SAP. Recording changes on Excel spreadsheet and reporting to Royalty team in UK.
  • To provide some basic advice to others based on the technical specialism of the role. This is usually first level support dealing with common or standard problems or queries
  • To plan work activities for a number of days ahead – usually up to a week at the most
  • To complete a broad range of different allocated tasks – these are usually completed over relatively short timescales – hours or days, although some may be longer
  • To provide office service support to help others carry out their roles effectively
  • To provide administrative support to functions or department to support efficient and effective operations
