We are currently looking for experienced Repeated Growth Model Manager(APAC) to be part of the Repeated Growth Model (RGM) team and this role will be part of our Consumer Healthcare business. GSK Consumer Healthcare has rolled out a new global programme called the Repeatable Growth Model (RGM) aimed at codifying a repeatable path to drive growth across our business. The model focuses on a disciplined approach to Drive Penetration for our brands by focusing on clear fact based Where to Play choices & prioritizing the How to Win levers. The model is currently being piloted in a few markets & the global ambition is to roll out this programme across key brand-market cells that cover revenues worth 40% of CH Global by end of 2021 & 80% by end of 2022. In the case of APAC, this would involve top priority cells like Australia (Pain Relief), China (Oral Health), Japan (Denture Care), Philippines (VMS), India (Oral Health), etc. This ambitious roll-out needs a regional RGM team to be in place that could collaborate with the in-market as well as above-market stakeholders and run the process in a manner that fully leverages the expertise & knowledge of the in-market & above-market teams but at the same time uses an unbiased, fact based & consistent framework of RGM. You will be in the role of the Repeatable Growth Model (RGM) Manager and you would be working closely with the RGM Lead/Sr Manager to lead the following key RGM workstreams: Help assess the Sources of Growth / Where to Play choices Diagnose & design solutions to optimize our How To Win across the levers of - Meaningful & Distinctive Brands, Category Driving Range & Innovation, Expert & Advocate Recommended and Out Execute: Visible & Accessible Be responsible for the drumbeat of the overall progress Together with the Acceleration Lead/ Manager, provide hands on support, challenge the local market teams and help reach consensus Perform part of the bespoke analyses across the different work streams and levers of the RGM Drive solution design and assess financial upside of initiatives identified Together with the Reg. Analytics lead, follow and prioritize off-shored internal analytics work and other specialists (e.g. EDGE) inputs Build workshop supports, manage the plenary session together with the Acceleration Lead/ Manager Ensure consistent deployment and compliance with the RGM approach, process and analyses Capture new learnings on approach/deployment in the region Why you We look for people who appreciate the importance of safety and quality and strive to continuously improve our performance and practices. Ideally, we are looking for someone with: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (i.e. Marketing, Finance, International Business) 7-10 years of Marketing coupled with Sales/Commercial Excellence, Analytical or Project Leadership. Prior experience in management or internal consulting is a plus.
