Job Scope:
• Ensures revenue targets are met by managing the activities of the sales team to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals of the company
• Manages the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with product/service offerings
• Develops and executes account plan(s) and monitors progress.
• Takes a proactive role in contract strategy with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year course or Bachelor’s degree
• 6-10 years of relevant sales management experience preferably in the medical device and diagnostics industry, Manufacturing, construction supply, Etc.
• With a successful track record of managing Team
• The candidate should have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• The candidate should have and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for communication and peer education.
