About the Role:
The Recruitment Officer works with our top notch recruiting team to identify, attract, and hire the best talent in the Philippines to support the continuous growth of Focus Global. Professional, personable, and set high standards of excellence, the Recruitment Offer is focused on three main areas: 1) Company Branding & Awareness, 2) Recruitment Process, and 3) Onboarding Process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of Recruitment Strategy
    • Partner with internal leaders and executives to develop and implement thoughtful branding and recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, and to achieve all FGI talent needs.
    • Plan, strategize, and implement a vision to find the best candidates for all open roles.
    • Develop scalable sourcing solutions and ensure operational execution by partnering with the FGI recruiting team.
    • Work closely with various internal hiring managers to understand business requirements, talent pain points, and consult on talent solutions.
  • Sourcing and Recruitment
    • Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a sourcing process roadmap and ensure the plan is documented, communicated, and understood to develop a strong candidate pipeline for all roles, with high retention rates.
    • Ideate and implement new sourcing processes. Example: talks at partner companies/universities, sourcing through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other unique training/mentoring methods
    • Lead, motivate and mentor a team of high performing Recruiters to successfully deliver on hiring targets and increase productivity.
    • Stay up-to-date on labor laws related to recruitment and employment
  • Evaluation and Improvement of Recruitment Process
    • Develop, track, monitor, and report on key sourcing metrics/KPIs through monthly and weekly status reports and monthly overall hiring reviews for each department.
    • Ensure that all programs are measured and continuously improved to strategically meet the changing needs of the business
    • Assess all elements of the recruitment process and synthe key findings to propose data driven solutions

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or any related field
  • Successful track record working in the recruiting industry for at least 12 years
  • Experience in developing a scalable recruitment process
  • 3-5 years experience in a leadership / mentorship role and enjoys mentoring and developing a team
  • Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
  • High level of knowledge and expertise in employer branding strategies and HR technology tools
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Experience working with executive level individuals.
  • Strong networking and collaborative skills
  • Metrics-oriented individual with a love for data driven decision making
