Description:Duties and Responsibilities:- Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy, including planning, processes, and programs
- Analyzing and addressing concerns on workforce planning, recruitment gaps, job market trends, and strategic sourcing
- Coordinating with department managers to determine staffing needs and ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Preparing and posting job descriptions to appropriate hiring channels, including job boards, social media, etc.
- Screening candidates, including reference and background checks
- Providing analytical and well-documented reports
- Maintaining professional relationships with pipeline of potential candidates for hiring and professional organizations
- Representing the company at recruiting and industry events
- Other HR tasks as needed (e.g., onboarding, training, career development, organizational design)
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
- Background in Psychometrics strongly preferred
- Previous work experience in recruitment and selection (either as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
- Experience in both large corporate/industrial and smaller entrepreneurial environments a plus
- Experience in technical recruiting a plus
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Good computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Initiative and a can-do attitude, including desire to make an impact in a fast-growing organization
