Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy, including planning, processes, and programs
  • Analyzing and addressing concerns on workforce planning, recruitment gaps, job market trends, and strategic sourcing
  • Coordinating with department managers to determine staffing needs and ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Preparing and posting job descriptions to appropriate hiring channels, including job boards, social media, etc.
  • Screening candidates, including reference and background checks
  • Providing analytical and well-documented reports
  • Maintaining professional relationships with pipeline of potential candidates for hiring and professional organizations
  • Representing the company at recruiting and industry events
  • Other HR tasks as needed (e.g., onboarding, training, career development, organizational design)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
  • Background in Psychometrics strongly preferred
  • Previous work experience in recruitment and selection (either as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
  • Experience in both large corporate/industrial and smaller entrepreneurial environments a plus
  • Experience in technical recruiting a plus
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • Good computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Initiative and a can-do attitude, including desire to make an impact in a fast-growing organization
  • Integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
