Job Description:
  • Lead a team of Analysts to handle financial reconciliation
  • Help in reconciling payments to ensure the backend system reflects the correct transactions per order
  • Lead general warehouse process reconciliations
  • Account reconciliations such as financial, inventory control, order, billings, etc.
  • Lead the team in performing a bi-monthly reconciliation for all warehouse shops
  • Making sure of generating month-end reports
  • Support general concerns about reconciliation
  • Proactively monitor and check existing reconciliation process and suggests improvements
  • Lead on filing appropriate claims or escalations for disputed orders such as claims for third-party logistics and internal teams


Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records
  • At least 2 to 3 years in people management experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets and accounting software
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, a team player
  • Experience in supply chain/logistics an advantage but not required
