Description:
  • Provide Master Coverage Plan (MCP) to Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager on how to make their leads productive and efficient
  • Perform basic lead generation activities Networking, Assist on Booth Manning and any Sales Activities
  • Performs the Basic Rules Check if Client has the Capability to invest, Check if he/she has the intention to purchase and when, check if the project/s meet the need of the Client (location, etc.)
  • Performs Tripping activities, with the Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • College Level /College graduate but undergraduates with related experience is welcome to apply
  • With or Without experience in sales, preferably in a real estate industry
  • Goal-oriented, with strong drive to succeed and consistently meet performance standards,
  • Good interpersonal and communication , skills
  • Self-motivated, team player, go-getter / ambitious
  • Can be trusted with tasks assigned
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications Internet Savvy
