PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) belongs to one of the main pillars of Global Finance which is Global Finance Infrastructure. The Global Finance Shared Services Environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.
Within GFSS, the O2I Qualtrics team is responsible for issuing Qualtrics company invoices and performing all Qualtrics billing related tasks. As the group who manages the very end of the sales cycle, the team will connect a wide variety of functions from sales to operations to accounting and ensure a smooth and efficient billing cycle. The team provides timely and relevant reporting and support projects for the overall Finance organization.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a GFSS O2I Qualtrics team member, you will get the opportunity to be part of a new department in the company and contribute to its success and development. Going forward, you are expected to work independently within the billing team across all standard billing relevant tasks and be willing to assume responsibility for additional tasks. At the same time, this role offers many development opportunities of other skills and competencies that will help you shape your future career path.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the billing cycle for all of our new business
  • Review sales opportunities to verify contracts and quotes, ensuring they are accurate and complete
  • Manages finance cases requested by the sale organization on individual sales opportunities
  • Partner with sales representatives who close deals
  • Partner with other sale support groups including Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, Data Teams and Onboarding
  • Proactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements
  • Facilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses
  • Assist the GFSS Qualtrics Cash Collections team in resolving complex billing issues and dispute cases
  • Participate in monthly close process
  • Provide periodic key performance indicator updates to the senior management
  • Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments
  • Own strategic projects and initiatives that improve team functionality and efficiency
  • Support the training of new team members
  • Follow Qualtrics processes and use application tools available in NetSuite/Salesforce
  • Support Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects
  • Contact for external and internal auditors

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Successfully completed University Degree
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer focus & business acumen
  • Be a fast learner and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Prior experience with enterprise billing/invoicing is an advantage
  • Working experience from a Shared Service Centre is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) preferred
  • Prior experience with NetSuite/Salesforce preferred
