Job Description

Enshored seeks detail-oriented, diligent, and hard-working Quality Analysts to work with a fast-growing technology-enabled account.
Hours will depend on the client's needs.
Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Evaluate team performance via regular quality audit and monitoring of metrics/targets for each program to ensure KPIs and client requirements are met
  • Work with team leaders and data team to create and maintain scorecard and analysis reports
  • Calibrate with team leaders to develop, review and update QA processes and procedures
  • Coordinate and review performance scores with team leaders to provide effective action plans based on RCA
  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify gaps in procedures, determine improvement areas and create initiatives.

  • Qualifications and Key Skills
  • Extensive experience in audit and quality management
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
  • Experience in different BPO line of business
  • High proficiency in creating reports and data analysis
  • Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks, collaborate, and meet target dates
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

  • Education and Experience
  • At least 1-year experience in doing quality audit for Customer Support and backend accounts
  • Proven interest in technology and how it is changing the world of work
