Position Description:
The Project Support Analyst supports onshore project management office (reporting, resourcing, procurement processes).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities:
1. Translate requests and incidents and enter them into a ticketing system
2. Generate MS Excel reports, and execute other finance-related support services.
Other responsibilities:
3. Understand and learn the objectives of the project tasks assigned
4. Understand the learning objectives and skills required to execute the project tasks
5. Carry out work in accordance with the project plans
6. Plan tasks according to the project objectives and produce deliverables ensuring completeness, timeliness, adherence to quality and with high respect to customer satisfaction
7. Proactively manage risks, issues, constraints and assumptions for tasks
8. Report project and/or team-related concerns, issues and risks to the line manager or via appropriate forums like team meetings
9. Follow the project escalation process to address critical items and help, resolve or escalate project issues, as necessary
10. Provide regular status reports to the line manager
11. Establish and maintain good working relationship within the team and the offshore counterparts which may require attending team buildings, general assembly, company parties and other team/company-initiated activities to develop camaraderie of the team
12. Be innovative and take initiatives in learning the skills required for the project
13. Ensure the availability during the business hours whether in the office or teleworking
14. Attend all planning, status, escalation and other project meetings like regular conference calls/meetings with appropriate team to clarify issues
15. Identify any opportunities to improve procedures which will enable the team to provide better service or will reduce the effort required to deliver the service. Raise the same to the Team Lead.
16. Become Subject Matter Expert in area of work
17. Create and maintain agreed objectives/Personal Development Plans which are duly approved by line/staff manager.
18. Ensure compliance to defined standards
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- German language proficiency
- At least 6 months work experience
- Process oriented
- Service Desk is experience is an advantage
- Willing to work on mid shift
