Project ManagerI. DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the delivery of
products, platforms, & services of the company. The PM oversees the end-to-end
planning, implementation, tracking & monitoring of activities of the project with personal
accountability and ownership.Core responsibilities are
Project planning including schedule development, acceptance criteria definition
Project monitoring including but not limited to issue tracking, risk management & mitigation, stakeholder management
Project delivery including that of test acceptance, documentation delivery, hand-over to production and operations
Developing & maintaining concise and consistent communication & reporting process throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively drive CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in project delivery, process improvement, team capability, processesI. PLANNING REQUIRED

Provide support to the groups special projects like process enhancements, templates

A. Work Experience
At least 5-years end-to-end PM experience preferably in a technical background
Experience in a Telco environment is a plus
Experience with and understanding of project management development and tracking tools
Experience managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment
B. Level of Knowledge
Bachelors degree in any IT-related field from a four-year college or university
