Description:

Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution and closing of a project ensuring efficient management of a project consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Project Planning
1.Determine Management needs and expectations
2.Prioritize demands
3.Establish clear set of project goals
4.Sequence activities to meet delivery dates
5.Produce detailed project schedule
6.Determine type, quantity and quality of resources required
7.Allocate resources and establish resource schedule
8.Determine budget and create financial plan
9.Define quality expectations and targets
10.Identify techniques for quality control and develop quality plan
11.Map risks, identify contingency actions and develop risk plan
12.Clarify completion criteria for each deliverable and develop acceptance plan
13.Identify external supplies required and develop procurement plan
14.Assemble project team

Project Execution
1.Implement project plans to achieve deliverables
2.Monitor and control project deliverables
3.Manage timelines
4.Manage costs
5.Assure and control quality
6.Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources
7.Track and monitor procurement
8.Prepare and present project status reports to Management
9.Support and direct project team

Project Closure
1.Ensure project completion criteria have been met
2.Obtain Management approval for final deliverables
3.Present final project report
4.Handover project documentation
5.Release project resources
6.Conduct project review
7.Evaluate performance against defined project goals

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1.Licensed Civil Engineer
2.At least 10 years of general working experience and 5 years working experience in the same capacity
3.Willing to be deployed at provincial assignment (Leyte or Butuan, Agusan Del Norte)
4.Good communication skills both written and oral
5.Knowledgeable in computer applications and programs
6.Five full time positions are available
