  1. Manages projects/initiatives, as well as site-wide programs, with minimal to no supervision.
  2. Does not directly manage, but leads project teams through project lifecycle from ideation to project execution, including the approval and demand management process, and ensures quality and timeliness of project completion.
  3. Directs activities, monitors details, and sets priorities
  4. Escalates project issues and risks appropriately.
  5. Reviews root cause analysis.
  6. Identifies and documents best practices.
  7. Tracks budget for projects being managed.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor Degree.
  2. Minimum 6 years relevant experience on the role with solid Project Management experience on Process Improvement and Automation.
  3. Lean Certified or Six Sigma Greenbelt certified with strong backgroundusing Quality Tools and problem solving techniques.
  4. Agile Methodology and Scrum practitioner.
  5. Automation and/or Technology Background using the following tools: Robotic Process Automation, VBA or any other programming language, SharePoint/Confluence, HTML, Workflow Tool, Data Transformation and Visualization Tool, JIRA, User Acceptance Testing,etc.
  6. Experience conducting training is required.
  7. Working knowledge on MS office and Stakeholder management skills.
  8. Expertise on changemanagement.
  9. Ability to drive risk and control agenda.
