Company Information:

The Client is a Disability and Aged Care Home Builder company in Australia. The company primarily cater to building modifications for aged care homes and residential/commercial carpentry coming up with solutions to create a useable space for the whole family.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regular monitoring of job order expenses
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers via email and phone (occasionally)
  • Oversee and manage email marketing in HubSpot, use Kartra to update website information
  • Manage Xero to administer and monitor quotation
  • Minor IT Support on website and outlook mails

Must Haves:

  • At least 2 years experience in Project Management and General Virtual Administrative Assistance
  • High organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of compassion dealing with the families of people with disabilities and/or seniors
  • The heart and genuinely patient communicating with people who needs an utmost care
  • Natural friendly vibe to accommodate the patients and treat them with care
  • Flexibility in learning new technologies and adaptable to a fast paced environment
  • Exhibit reliability and an interest to grow over time for a long term engagement

Nice to Haves:

Knowledge in Xero (trainable)
Experience in Business Development
Work Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm Australia Eastern Standard Time (Flexible, Part Time 4 hours per day)
Home Office Requirements:

• Fixed internet connection (Broadband, DSL, Cable, Fiber) of at least 5 MBPS (Not allowed: Prepaid wifi, dongle and mobile data)
• Up to date Laptop or Desktop with Windows 8 or Mac OS X
• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
