6. With good presentation and facilitation skills computer literate.

1. Must be a graduate of Engineering or Architecture or its equivalent from a reputable college or university.

Preferably with at least 1 year of work experiences related to vertical and/or horizontal engineering construction
And/or Property Management from a reputable property developer, real estate or contractor.

1. Daily monitoring, inspection, evaluation and implementation of necessary programs of actions in ensuring compliance to the stipulated articles of contracts for housing, land development and amenities awarded to each contractors.
2. Daily updating and monitoring of accomplishment reports including all other documentary requirements for each contracts for submission on weekly basis or as required by CEMD Head and all other departments of the company.
3. Evaluation, and checking for completeness and accuracy of contractors billings, requests for time extensions, materials specifications and alternatives.
4. Coordination and meeting with contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in construction operations in promoting and establishing common understanding in the execution of each projects.
5. Coordination and collaboration with Project Development Group, Technical Support Group, Customer Service Group and External and Survey Group for statuses of each project construction accomplishments.
6. Administration, assistance and monitoring of units for turn-over to buyer, addressing buyers concerns and complains, including evaluation and processing of construction permits, bonds calculations and certificate of final inspections for homeowners proposed extensions, modifications and alteration of their units.
7. Safekeeping and monitoring of all project material supplies, tools and equipment including preparation of request for materials, office supplies, tools and all other requirements needed for maintenance of the project, field office, its surroundings and repairs of units, amenities and facilities.
8. Provide assistance during inspections by LGU's, HLURB, Pag-ibig and all other agencies or departments with official business transaction with the company and assigned project.
9. Delegation, supervision and monitoring of daily work assignment for repair crew, security personnel, driver and all other manpower assigned in the project.
10. Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position within the department.
