Job Description



The Project Management Manager is responsible for directing and managing a business project from start to finish and within the budget. He/She also ensures all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Identify project needs and develop a detailed timeline for completion.
  • Streamline and automate processes and Workflows
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Monitor expenditures, work within budget constraints, and send detailed reports for upper management
  • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution and documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
  • Implement changes to teams and processes as and when needed
  • Challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure account/project-wide compliance with relevant (internal) regulations.
  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

  • Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
  • With at least five years of solid experience in Project Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various s and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
