Job Description

1. Extensive personal and technical experience with all versions of Windows
2. Extensive personal and technical experience with all versions of Microsoft office, especially Outlook.
3. Advanced troubleshooting ability
a. L2 or greater support experience
4. SQL Database Management experience
a. Can understand SQL statements
b. Can write SQL statements
c. Can troubleshoot SQL errors
5. IIS experience
a. Experience troubleshooting IIS issues preferred.
