Job Description

The purpose of the position is to be a collaborative team member of the Product Development team and be responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
This position reports to the Head of Product Development.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Client Development, Client Services, Accounting & Finance, Compliance, SME’s and directly with users to understand business requirements in detail
• Gather and translate user business needs into technical product requirements in collaboration with the product team
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design & QA teams to create enjoyable user experiences with a customer-centric approach
• Support prioritization of product development pipeline
• Work with cross-product teams to resolve vital business needs
• Spearhead, and deliver release & rollout plans keeping within budget and time targets
Requirement:
At least 2 years relevant experience
Proficient in SQL, Jira/Trello (or any Project Management tool), MS Visio / Miro (or any flowchart / diagram app).
Good to have knowledge in Java, HTML/CSS and UI/UX Design.
A self-starter and natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset
Deep curiosity with the desire to learn and think outside the box
Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
Organized, and in-depth knowledge of preparing product documentation
A well-rounded expert on various business functions
