Job Description

Key Functions

Leads business expansion recommendation and product portfolio management
Will work hand in hand with Product Tribe lead to turn the product value proposition to a viable Go To Market / Distribution strategy that best achieves the business goals and KPI’s.
Over-all lead for launching and establishing the banks product positioning in the market to achieve commercial success
Provides business lens to over-all GTM strategies to drive market adoption and achieve business KPIs
Works with Regional Brand/Communication to localize over-all brand and product strategy and positioning
Lead brand partnership programs to further generate awareness, customer acquisition and retention
Drive, monitor and maintain key brand health metrics

Specific Responsibilities

Identify and implement short term business opportunities based on internal data and consumer insights/behavior.
Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research (consumer insight and behavior),analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market
Works with Product Owners to lead and implement partnerships, internal promotion developments,and expansion of distribution touchpoints
Coordinate and manage cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, U/X, Customer intelligence, Operations and Marketing Team to help deliver the best and seamless customer experience that is personal, user friendly, intuitive and innovative
Play a key role in the creative development for all branding campaigns by providing consumer and industry insights
Provide, monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity to identify growth and retention levers
Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the voice of the market with Product Owners and other stakeholders, with a focus on delivering the best value proposition that matches market opportunities.
Work closely with Mainstream Channel Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, Social Media Lead and Brand/Communication Lead to develop brand and product campaigns to build and differentiate the brand’s positioning and awareness per product to achieve business KPIs
Understand consumer insights deeply to provide clear directions to the Marketing Campaigns team and other stakeholders to be able to produce plans that will resonate with the target audience

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in launching full Integrated Marketing campaigns across channels (tv, digital etc.) and handled app based campaigns.
With background in Banking preferably in Consumer Lending and Loans or from Fintech companies
