College Degree of any 4 year Business Course
With at least 4- 5 years experience in Marketing in Healthcare/Consumer Marketing
Exceptional Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks,
Strong multi tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
Ability to develop effective working relationships with co workers
Excellent interpersonal skills and client service skills
Excellent PLOC skills
Problem solver with solid analytical skills

Willing to work in Makati City
Job Description:
Defines the HMO product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Gathers manages and prioritizes market/customer requirements
A customer advocate who articulates the user’s/buyer/s needs.
Works closely with sales, marketing, operations, and support departments to ensure that business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Defines the problems to be solved in the market needs a document with priorities and justification for each area of the solution
Runs beta and pilot programs during the qualifying phase with early-stage products and samples to test the waters
Domain expert and has technical HMO product knowledge
Market expert who understands the psyche & feelings of the customers: Reasons for purchasing the product and competition
Product leader in Consumers
Develops the business case to create a new product or update existing product
Develops improvements to the existing products based on customer needs & profit & loss
Develops product positioning
Recommends or contributes information to set product pricing with Actuarial and Marketing
