The Systems Development Group (SDG) group is seeking a System Applications Engineer to join our customer facing product reference designs team that supports broad range of industry leading high-performance linear solutions and standard products in end applications such as industrial automation, instrumentation, automotive, healthcare and communication systems.
Responsibilities includes:
  • Development, implementation, evaluation, and support of evaluation boards and system-level reference designs under the Systems Development Group.
  • Authoring application notes, technical publications, and the reference design circuit note
  • Provide customer support through the ADI Engineer Zone forum
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects that run simultaneously
  • Work in close Collaboration with European, US, China, and Philippines based hardware and software developers.

Essential Skills and Competencies:
  • Graduate of BS Electronics, Computer, or Electrical Engineering. MS units in related engineering field is an advantage.
  • Atleast 5 years relevant working experience
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of hardware mixed signal systems implementations and architectures.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design and debugging experience.
  • Experience in using different circuit simulation (LTpowerCAD Tools or other similar software circuit analysis simulation tools)
  • Experience in using CAD for schematic design (Cadence Allegro or Tools or other similar software CAD tools)
  • Good understanding with a variety of software development languages, including but not limited to C, C++, shell scripting and Python.
  • Familiar with cross compiler and in-circuit debugging tools.
  • Ability to comprehend large and complex technical documentation bases quickly.
  • Knowledge in Microcontrollers, FPGA, and Single board Computers is an advantage.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
