Overall function
This role embeds Process Management Framework and ensures operational processes respond to and fulfil client and organizational.
It supports Bank policies and strategy, and ensures that they are executed in an optimal way that brings efficiency and quality gains to clients and the Business
This role will actively support Process Leaders for design, measure and improve end to-end processes
This role ensures that processes are to be designed within the context of our overarching Process Architecture Framework, initiates process reviews and leads process optimization initiatives
Interacting with other local process experts to reduce waste and handover points and improve overall inter-related service quality. Tasks performed include continuous process review and improvement, coordinating and leading process management trainings, creating relevant training material including contextual documentation and presentations and process maps. Collaborate with IT, Product Owners, Support Functions and relevant Process Leaders
Requires very strong conceptual, analytical, facilitation and conflict resolution skills, within an agile/scrum environment, as well as strong stakeholder management.
Establishing and monitoring effective relationships with business stakeholders is critical to ensure the successful delivery of the business outcome
Key responsibilities
Governing process management strategy and local end-to-end processes
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Product Owners, Operations, User Experience, IT, Tribe Leads, Subject Matter Experts) to design and optimize end-to-end processes
Ensure quality and timeliness of process collateral in Project engagements
Provide support and guidance to the business on process design and improvement principles, tools and techniques
Qualifications
Bachelors degree graduate
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process design / process optimization
Sound knowledge of process architecture and process optimization, linkage between process and its influencing elements (e.g. systems, roles, risk andproducts)
High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ARIS
Excellent Communication skills
