Your â€˜day to day
As a Process Lead Trainer, you are expected to develop the production teams technical understanding of process controls strategies of the production line. You will train processes related to Change Management and Loss Elimination. You will build the capability of Process Leads to become the line owner of (a) Changeover and (b) Centerline Daily Management Systems (DMS) and you will also be expected to be the expert in Loss Elimination. You should support building capability in the team as well as developing control strategies and implementing improvement opportunities to assigned production lines leading to fully applying the Integrated Operating System (IOS) and PMI standards and policies. A majority of the individual's time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building the capability of the people in respected area.
Who we're looking for
You have at least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related courses). You have at least 5 years of experience working in a high volume consumer goods manufacturing company (supervisory experience is a plus). You are well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Practices (ie. TPM, IWS, IL6S, etc). You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required. You must also be amenable to work in either Batangas or Marikina Plant.
