Job Description


  • Perform a Root Cause Analysis
  • Determine the problem
  • IT Service Management Environment
  • Identify areas for continuous service improvement
  • Updating the Problem report system

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Delivery/Quality Assurance experience
  • Must have experience in IT Service Management Environment process and procedures
  • Strong experience in Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis
  • Well versed in ITIL Problem Management
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
