ABOUT THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate must supportsQGR Lead in providing financial oversight, governance and management information for thestrategic programs stakeholders and governance forums.Responsible for financial control and consolidation across the project portfolio
The key accountability is to ensurethe financial integrity of the financial management and financial reporting forstrategic and transversal programs andprojects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Publish periodic demand status reporting and analysis

  • Support continuous improvement to Demand Governance and PMO through in-depth analysis of the KPI reports


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that projects are following agreed financial managementprocesses

  • Provide consolidated view of portfolio financial health - budget, actuals, accruals,reforecast

  • Ensure that IT Project cost centre are established according to agreedmodel

  • Provide regular Management Information on internal/externalspend

  • Create & maintain financial KPI's & feed back into programmes to ensure accuracy of forecasts (e.g.run rate analysis, resource utilisation etc.)

  • Review, challenge & support ITPM'son SOW financial content - vendor (internal and external) estimates, financial modelling & deal structuring to support project goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years IT project financial experience in project finance with thorough understanding of IT finance throughout the project lifecycle

  • AdvancedExcel user (pivot tables, macros,graphicsand reporting

  • Ability to influence and negotiate desired outcomesremotely

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills


GOOD TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CPA, CIMAor Charteredaccounting qualifications

  • Knowledge in any other frameworks such as ITIL Service Management Framework, PMP, CMMI, TMMI

  • Experience in working in insurance , banking, accounting industry

  • Have experience working in global companies, preferably following an onshore-offshore model, with key understandings of the country characteristics, culture and work style, is an advantage.
