Job Description:
  • Review Listings & Content (LCM) policies within distinct categories and markets.
  • Assist in the development of policies by liaising with key stakeholders such as Legal, Corporate Affairs, Trade Compliance, Seller Operations, Logistics, and Business Development Teams
  • Coordinates with Regional Policy teams for changes in LCM policies and processes
  • Maintain database and references of LCM policies both internal (agents) & external (seller) references
  • Guarantee all LCM policies are properly cascaded within proper channels in a timely, and clear manner.
  • Provide analysis on standard LCM policies and processes, and measure impacts from proposed changes.
  • Prepare report for Customer Service Concerns Metrics related to Listing & Content
  • Conduct root cause analysis of Customer Service Concerns

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or any relevant fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to manage various projects at the same timeline, reviewing and presenting results.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills for report building.
  • Problem-solver, team player and customer-centric.
  • Advanced English level to work with local and overseas teams
