1. Thorough understanding on IAM business processes, use cases and hands on implementation experience in Access Management areas like Web Access Management, Enterprise Directory Architecture, Single Sign On, Federation, Customer IAM, etc. using either Ping.
2. Very good understanding of access management controls, use cases, and tools
3. Strong understanding in Architecture, Design and have Implementation experience in access management
4. Played Technical lead role involving key activities such as Architecture, Detailed Design, Implementation, Integrations of various systems and applications for various access management use cases
5. Should have worked on access management solution design, architecture or implementations engagements
6. Strong understanding on Federation Standards and experience in implementing Federated SSO using SAML2.0, oAuth2.0, OIDC, WS Federation for cloud applications and third party applications.
7. Should have in depth understanding of access management components, its internal architecture, agent based and proxy based design.
8.Strong LDAP conceptual knowledge, schema customization, replication, etc.
9.Good understanding of Open Banking concepts and its relation to access management technical requirements.
10. Good knowledge on DevOps tools and pipeline aspects.
11. Strong experience in documenting detailed design and integration manual
12. Should have good understanding of UNIX, Windows server level commands
13. Should have good high level understanding of Network components
14. Should have experience with complex customizations
15. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while implementing, integrating, application on boarding
16. Must be able to automate common onboarding and integration tasks using scripts
17. Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management.
18. Good analytical and technical problem solving skills
19. Certification in one of the leading access management products.
20. Strong problem-solving skills
21. Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment
22. Strong thought leadership, envisioning and solution skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues.
23. Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
24. Strong leadership skills with ability to lead the technical delivery of the project.
25. Ability to work to deadlines
