Job Description
  • ANGELS initiative implementation within the allocated hospitals through achievement of related KPIs
  • Focus on executing In-hospital Action Plans by way of ANGELS Consultancy Process as well as to implement off-clinic ANGELS activities for target stakeholders

.Implementation of ANGELS tools and support identification and development of stroke champions.
. Support implementation of patient education, medication access etc.
  • Adhering to Compliance, Code of Conducts and Policies

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Drive achievement in ANGELS KPIs
2. Define goals and set hospital project plan
3. Relationship management with hospital multiple stakeholders
4. Execute Hospital Project Plans and Activities with Excellence
5. Data management and Reporting
6. Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct (COC)
  • This position will cover hospital accounts in Metro Manila and Provinces
  • Frequent business travel as needed
  • Government / Disease / Medications knowledge
  • Self-development / learning
  • Strong personal interaction and negotiation skills and team work
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Advanced organization skills across multiple stakeholders, simultaneous initiatives
  • Result and solution driven
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor degree (Medical field or business is an advantage but not a requirement)
  • 3-5 years working experience as specialist in Pharmaceutical industry in the country is an advantage.
