Performance Improvement Specialist

Position Purpose:
The Performance Improvement Specialist provides support to the Supervisor by answering questions, providing training, modeling behaviors, identifying performance deficiency trends, create supporting process documentation ensuring strategy and compliance is in effect.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  1. Assists in new hire and reoccurring training.
  2. Learns, disseminates and ensures appropriate application and documentation is created and kept up to date when ongoing operational, policies, procedures and client specifics changes occur and reviewed annually.
  3. Works with Dispute Resolution agents identified by Compliance management in need of improvement.

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to forecast and plan for workload.
  • Documentation experience Required.
  • Training and development experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
