As the Payroll Officer, you are responsible for making sure the Enshored team can run operations smoothly, having the continuous support of their administration. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers, handle sensitive information, and be familiar with labor legislation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process and handle other Payroll team members.She/he will be assigned to implement process improvements for Payroll and conduct payroll talks to streamline the process with the leaders/stakeholders and create payroll documentation.Prepares semi-monthly payroll computation for regular, project-based employees.Prepares to withhold tax reports (BIR monthly and quarterly remittances).End of year processing and reconciliation of payroll and contributions data including payment summaries.Conducts internal payroll audits against standards and maintains internal records.Manages employee absence records and leaves such as vacation, sick leave, maternity, paternity, and even leave without pay (LWOP).Checks merits, promotional, and other salary increases to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures on wage administration.Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget, and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.Coordinate with the HR Team regarding performance-based salary increases for the employees.Facilitates queries or complaints concerning salaries and wages.In addition, other clerical and administrative duties as required are to be expected.
