Job Description
  • Accepting, creating, and setting up sales orders related to DME (durable medical equipment and supplies). These are called PARACHUTE orders
  • Monitor incoming orders request from facilities through the PARACHUTE portal
  • Keeping these orders updated , analyzing urgent orders and tending to these as needed
  • Ensuring accuracy of orders created for dispatch, communicating with Facilities with professionalism
  • Ensuring orders for dispatch are properly documented through doctor`s script, clinicals and or authorization from insurance companies
  • Take inbound and outbound calls, answering queries as needed


Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years call center experience, specializing in order taking and order entry. Medical and sales background is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral English communications
  • Familiarity with insurance and medical equipment. Having a Medicare and Medicaid insurance background experience is a plus
  • Willing to work nightshifts/midshift and Holidays
  • Good attendance track record
  • Excellent verbal and oral English skills
  • Can work with a set goal and deadline with ease
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Flexible and willing to be trained (cross skilled)
