Loop Contact Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager who welcomes the challenges of working in a brand-new company positioned for growth. The candidate must be particularly adept at effectively running sales campaigns and must have strong background in process improvement and organization.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrable experience in managing multiple accounts successfully
Very good sales manager skills illustrated through campaigns previously handled
Excellent skills in process creation and improvement
Proficiency to think big picture and conceptualize big picture plans, but at the same time willingness to roll up sleeves and do small tasks when necessary
Ability to put together reports that make sense. Reasonable knowledge of Excel and other basic reporting tools.
Independent. Needs no hand holding.
People person. Great motivator.
Pleasing personality, professional.
Great work ethic and attitude. Team player.
This position will be client facing, and will be working directly with the Operations Director and the owner of the company.

Qualifications:
With at least 3 years experience as Operations Manager (and must have handled sales campaigns in the same role) in a BPO/contact center setting
With experience in launching/setting up campaigns, preferably sales campaigns
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in any field or at least 3rd year college level
Can work under extreme pressure and willing to work long hours
Amenable to work in night shift
