Job Description

Your Tasks

• Provide support, administration and maintenance of Omnitracker
• Collaborate with project and other technical teams to further develop the tool
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Identify and resolve technical issues
• Provide regular and customized training to teams within the business
• Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for the tool
• Develop reports for teams across the business
• Continually improve personal knowledge and skills relevant to current duties, through on the job experience, self-directed research or formal training
• Work in shifts and takes part in the on-call duty

Your Profile

• > 2 years proven experience with administration of Omnitracker
• Understand advanced system management concepts such as redundancy, security, high availability, and system integration
• Basic knowledge in shell scripting, VB scripting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and good customer relations skills
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within a global IT environment with people having diverse skill levels and varying backgrounds
• Personal initiative and self-discipline
• Willing to travel and holds a valid passport
