Description Summary
The Pit Crew is the FRSS capacity management program, enabling organizational agility through end-to-end process management, while building the fungible talent pipeline that accelerates CSS digital transformation
The Pit Crew Solutions Analyst requires knowledge and experience of Finance and Risk processes, and systems to be used in carrying out the assigned. Good understanding process improvement techniques and / or digital tools is required for accomplishing the objectives of the area. The Pit Crew Analyst is expected to make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of information, resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and support junior analyst by providing training and support in operational activities.
  • Responsible for process improvement and digital initiatives for the Finance and Risk Shared Services group in charge of preparing and recording financial, updating the general ledger, and preparing of consolidated financial statements, in accordance with management reporting requirements, for legal vehicle & regulatory purposes.
  • Understands key controls for accounting process within the process handled. Constantly suggests enhancements on the owned process along with its key controls and provides evidence to support reasoning for the assigned area of work
  • Participates in regular huddles and meetings. Escalates problems or issues relating to transactions, processes, reports or, procedures as appropriate.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Bachelor's/University degree in Engineering, Systems / Software, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in processes improvement or digital innovation required
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Detail oriented, agile, flexible.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
