Every role in SEAOIL contributes significantly to the company. Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job:

Responsible for the processing of administration services, such as services vehicles, travel and hotel booking services, copier travel services, copier services, and petty cash management.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Functional

Property Management

1. Processes the payment of association dues
2. Processes the check payment for building tax
3. Assist in the conduct of inventory and tagging of assets
4. Ensures the payment of rentals and utilities such as water and electricity
5. Assist in the processing of registration and insurance coverages of all company vehicles (car plan vehicles & service vehicles).
6. Process the payment for LTO and insurance provider.
7. Coordinates with insurance provider regarding vehicular accident claims.
8. Documents the receiving, issuance, turnover and inventory of service vehicles.

Travel Services

1. Sources and recommends travel & hotel services
2. Process travel requirements such as flight and hotel bookings
3. Assist in the conduct of negotiation and contracts preparation of travel related services

Copier Services

1. Monitors photocopying services.
2. Assist in the conduct of negotiation and contracts preparation
3. Monitors and process bills payment

Petty Cash Management

1. Performs petty cash disbursements, replenishment and safekeeping
2. Carefully checks cash vouchers and corresponding attachments to ensure that liquidations / reimbursements of employees comply with the company policy
3. Submits liquidation reports and requests for replenishment of the petty cash fund

Others

1. Processes the payments of monthly billings for telecommunications companies (Smart, PLDT, etc.)
2. Processing of building IDs, car pass, gate pass
3. Handles document control
4. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior

Expectations from Candidates:

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
