Executes on and ensures efficient handling of end-to-end case management and compliance to labor law, company code of conduct and policies.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Case Management
a. Investigates all assigned employee complaints and incident reports such as policy violations, harassment, discrimination, fraud, etc.
b. Utilizes independent judgment and best practices in screening incident reports, and conducting investigation and recommending resolutions for ER Manager approval, writes investigation summaries and reports.
c. Works with line management and HR partners on employee performance issues, support progressive discipline, guide supervisors, and where necessary, prepare documentation for HR and legal review as required.
2.ER Process Administration and Reports
a. Monitors and maintains complaint tracking system.
b. Provides general guidance to line managers and supervisors regarding labor and employment law compliance, wage/hour laws, sexual harassment and discrimination prevention, etc.
c. Conducts orientations, and communicates and delivers training programs to all employees on new policies or code of conduct.
d. Assists in resolving employee relation issues and facilitating conflict resolution between employees and supervisors.
e. Executes on compliance requirements mandated by DOLE.
f. Reviews and follows through on execution of all disciplinary actions.
3. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
    • Graduate of a four-year course relating to business courses, and from reputable universities.
    • At least four years of experience in employee relations, preferably from the retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and banking industries.
    • Adept in Philippine Labor Code
    • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills, people skills, leadership skills, and critical thinking.
    • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).

Expectations from Candidates:

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
