Develops and executes targeted marketing campaigns on multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app, websites) using marketing platforms and analytical tools.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Implements EDM and SMS campaigns for CCM programs while ensuring these efforts result in improved customer reach and engagements.
2. Profiles and segments the company's customer database to be used in different campaigns.
3. Maintains the integrity of the customer database by performing regular checks to ensure all information and data stored remain accurate, complete and reliable.
4. Uses tracking codes in email, and webpages to track customer behavior to gain insights on how to effectively target customers.
5. Liaises with vendors of marketing and analytical tools for the latest trends and best practices in implementing effective targeted marketing campaigns.
6. Collaborates with other subunits of CCM for targeted marketing campaign requirements.
7. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications for this Role:
    • Marketing or Communications graduate (i.e. Marketing Management, Communication Arts, Mass Communication)
    • Certified Digital Marketing Professional (not required but is a plus)
    • At least one year relevant experience in a digital marketing agency, or in a corporate setting (preferably retail) with digital marketing work
    • Fresh graduates can be considered
    • Expertise/Skills: (1) Analytical skills (2) Understands CRM platform and solutions (3) With User Experience and Design background (4) Creative Graphic design skills (not required but is a plus)
    • Industry background: Digital marketing agency or retail setup
    • Realistic Job Preview: The successful candidate is expected to: (1) Implement targeted marketing campaigns (2) Measure the success of the program/campaign

Expectations from Candidates:

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
