Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of behavioral or business related courses.
- Must have at least one (1) year related work experience
- Must be exemplary in all secretarial and clerical skills and practices
- Must have outstanding knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be keen to details and accuracy.
Job Description/Summary- Handles and logs incoming and outgoing mails, documents and memos from various parties
- Prepares Minutes of the Meeting
- Manages appointments and schedules of the Director
- Acts as custodian, attends, updates and files, records, reports, correspondence, memos, proposals and other materials
- Drafts business correspondence
- To do all other tasks those are germane to the position.
- Performs and prioritizes other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
