Job Description

  1. Must be a graduate of behavioral or business related courses.
  2. Must have at least one (1) year related work experience
  3. Must be exemplary in all secretarial and clerical skills and practices
  4. Must have outstanding knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.)
  5. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  6. Must be keen to details and accuracy.

Job Description/Summary
  1. Handles and logs incoming and outgoing mails, documents and memos from various parties
  2. Prepares Minutes of the Meeting
  3. Manages appointments and schedules of the Director
  4. Acts as custodian, attends, updates and files, records, reports, correspondence, memos, proposals and other materials
  5. Drafts business correspondence
  6. To do all other tasks those are germane to the position.
  7. Performs and prioritizes other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
