Job Description

We are a global platform where shoppers deliver to shoppers and make money while out shopping. As a Customer Service Representative, your role is vital in keeping our customers happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.
The business is a language services agency, specializing in content translation, professional interpreting, and multilingual, multi-channel messaging.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
To coordinate on-site and telephone interpreting bookings for all bookings.
Your day could see you:
• Answering telephones
• Taking bookings by telephone, fax, email and checking the arrival of online bookings
• Entering booking details onto database
• Confirmation of bookings (contacting customers)
• Dealing with general enquires made by Interpreters
• Allocating bookings to interpreters and checking bookings taken online by interpreters
• Communicate customer complaints to the relevant persons
• Manage contractors in terms of service performance
• Report performance issues to the Human Resource Manager (Contractors)
• Notify client booking changes or cancellations to the interpreter
• Update the interpreter KPIs report
• Maintain the Interpreter booking database
• Filing as required (eg. Interpreter cancellations)
• Attend to client telephone requests in the event that other Interpreter Booking Coordinators are unavailable (from taking the request to connecting the parties as required)
• Open and close the office when required in accordance with procedures
• Comply with and make recommendations for improvement to procedures relevant to this position
