Job Description :
As an Office Manager & Paralegal, Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be assisting a dynamic boutique law firm based in California, that provides legal strategies, and solutions to clients in the healthcare and medical device industries.
Your core functions are as follows:
As Office Manager:
Manage the back office, which includes triaging and responding to various administrative needs of the Firm.
Promptly log and track retainer payments and handle various billing functions.
Manage, update, refine, and implement Firm policies & procedures.
Draft legal forms and documents using our templates.
Perform legal research as directed by attorneys.
Summarize legal research in written updates for attorneys to review. Create first drafts of legal memos for attorneys to continue working on.
As Sales Associate:
Conduct phone meetings with potential clients and log data into our online client tracking tools.
Handle objections and help potential clients choose to hire the firm.
Follow up zealously.
Identify opportunities for sales and new target markets
As Marketing Associate:
Work to boost the firms visibility and profile online.
Write scripts for new marketing videos to be featured on the Firms YouTube channel.
Design PowerPoint presentations for attorneys to use when they speak at events.
Other tasks as assigned by Firms Administrator or Owner.
This person must:
Have superior ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing.
Pay attention to detail.
Communicate clearly/concisely in speech and in writing.
Have superior ability to communicate clearly and concisely in speech.
Be able to communicate clearly and concisely in writing at an above-average level.
Be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
This person should hold a bachelors degree.
