Responsibilities:
. Work on Escalated Incidents and Complex Service Requests Perform Maintenance Activities /Testing when required Fix Solution Alarms/Events when required
. Perform required Activities associated for Problem Tickets Prepare Change Documentations Attend CAB and Present CR and get Approvals complete Mandatory Compliance Trainings Documentation Update Maintenance CMDB
. Monthly Audit License Usage Validation and Reporting Application Availability reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- Experience in Nuance Inter voice
- Strong Design development concepts and Expertise on Development and Deployment of IVR Call Flows in Intervoice
- Hands on Experience, expertise on Developing and Deployment of Speech Grammars
- Hands on Experience, expertise on Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting of Nuance ASR and TTS Solutions
