Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor/College degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in PC assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledgeable in LAN / Network Administration.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Network Administration/or as a Technical Support
  • Should have a CCNA Certificate
Job Description:

  • Attends to network design and configuration
  • Supports monitoring, maintenance, and optimization
  • Attends to problem diagnosis and resolution
  • Monitor all application servers
  • Repairs and facilitates replacement of defective terminals
  • Safeguards NOC and LAN from unauthorized access
  • Documents network issues and handle proper escalation
  • Database and Log Backups maintenance/ Inventory Documentation
  • Provides technical services support when needed
