Work you will do:
This role sits within Customer and Marketing under Digital Customer offering. Deloitte's Digital Customer offering leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally powered growth and enhance your customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. As a Dynamics consultant in our Deloitte Digital delivery team, you will shape innovative solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, supporting end to end digital projects which help customers in achieving their outcomes.

  • Collect requirements by participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.

  • Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows

  • Implement CRM customizations such as plugins, custom workflow activities or custom actions.

  • Configure and customize Power Apps portal solutions.

  • Writing specifications and providing technical analysis documents will also be within your remit.

  • Coordinate with the Dynamics solution architect and the Dynamics technical leader to align on the design approach and validate the implementation.

  • Working closely with the other platform teams (e.g. integration, data analytics, data migration)

  • Write quality code which will be reviewed by your technical leader

  • Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for administration of CRM system

  • Support of the application including fixing application issues

Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining customizations on Microsoft Dynamics CE and power platform, including plugins, custom workflow activities and custom actions

  • Experience configuring power apps portal or other front-end development frameworks

  • Experience with Dynamics CE Sales, Field Service, Marketing and Customer Service modules

  • Proficient understanding of Git and code management tools (one of Bitbucket, GitHub, etc)
