Measures of Success

In 3 months
  • Familiarize self with the Wavemaker process and clients
  • Do knowledge sharing and establish ways of working with creative, web development, and accounts teams
  • Familiarize with the UX Process and be able to translate user flow, sitemap, and wireframes to visual design
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Create icons, buttons, animation and other UI elements
  • Identify and troubleshoot UI problems with UX and digital producer
  • Conduct UI adjustments based on user feedback
  • Prototype design concept
  • Design in accordance to Human Interface Guidelines for iOS and Android for mobile projects
  • Use usability and accessibility technique
  • Understand working with different client's design system and taxonomy

In 6 months

  • Establish/Improve Process/Methodology/Tools for Requirements gathering, Design, Production, Approval/Feedback/Analysis Loop
  • Lead existing UI projects
  • Support on new business opportunities
  • Must be able to contribute with building a design system
  • Present UI design to stakeholders and clients
  • Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

In 12 months
  • Develop strategies and recommendations to improve UI for any existing and new clients
  • Maintenance: Keep abreast of technology changes/innovations to maintain UI functionality and improve effectiveness
  • Build a design system

What your day job looks like at GroupM

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, UX and engineers

What you'll bring
  • 2 years of experience in Interaction Design or Art Direction, design or similar
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript (frontend design)
  • Knowledge in prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
