Job Description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
  • Responsible for Home Credit Philippines mobile application growth, daily usage, customer satisfaction, operations and development.
  • Drives mobile first approach in Home Credit, which he/she facilitates and coordinates across the whole company.
  • Creates mobile application business strategy and leads it’s execution
  • Ensures market, product and customer insight monitoring
  • Manages Product development including UX and overall customer journey
  • Builds sound mobile application related end-to-end processes across company
  • Manages product architecture definition, agile flows incl. integration, UAT and releases
  • Coordinates the mobile app development and resources across 10+ agile product teams in different departments
  • Manages relationship and priority facilitation with all senior leaders
  • Ensures excellent operation of the product
  • Knows and always actively searches for the newest trends in mobile app business and technology
  • Is directly accountable for growing DAU and customer satisfaction

You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree of any course - Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Understanding of digital / online framework
  • Relevant experience in mobile / online app business development
  • Experience with agile is an advantage - Experience with product development in mobile first business is an advantage
  • Experience with design thinking and UX is an advantage
  • Technical/IT experience is an advantage
  • Exemplary leadership for all roles contributing in the Delivery including finding of cooperation improvements and synergies
  • Result oriented, focus on growth
  • Team – oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent skills in hiring and bringing in the good knowledge/salary ratio candidates
