Job Description:
• Attends to clients’ inquiries and complaints regarding company related equipment and applications via phone calls and emails
• Responds to inquiries of technical nature
• Investigates and clarifies computer related comments, questions, and concerns using active listening and probing skills
• Uses tact and judgment in communicating, particularly with, angry or frustrated clients
• Data Collection – accurate collection and encoding of information; information is consistent
Qualifications:
• With at least 2-5 years IT helpdesk experience
• Knowledgeable in Vfire and Manage Engine
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory, Campus Ship, Cisco AMP endpoint and Webex Teams
• College Graduate of any IT related course
