Job Description

EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 years employment in an IT organization with experience in service management, process engineering, problem management or continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, good technical writing skills, with significant understanding of IT operations support.
  • Familiar with productivity and office automation software – MS Office, Open Office, etc.
  • Knowledge in ITIL Service Management, Six Sigma and Data Storytelling is an advantage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for service level performance reporting, conducting ticket audits, and providing operations support for in-scope IT incident and request processes and tools.
  • Reviews incident and request tickets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitors compliance to the following:
  • Service level standards; and
  • In-scope policies and standards.
  • Generates performance metrics and identifies patterns and trends.
  • Assists in performance reporting to IT leadership and tracks associated action items.
